An international Bearing manufacturing company based in Dubai is looking for an engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant qualifications in the production process, quality control, application engineering and development of Bearings.
The company is a multinational Bearings company with a distribution network in over 50 countries worldwide. The position is of Technical Advisor to help enhance the quality, promote the business in the MRO / OEM space, conduct quality audits, train on best practices and methods, educate the in – house team of engineers, travel to trouble shoot at client sites.
The incumbent must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Bearings production and should possess suitable technical skills. The incumbent must have an aptitude and extensive knowledge of:
- Research and new product development,
- Ability to translate designs into producible products,
- Production processes,
- Trouble shooting,
- Quality assessment & control,
- Quality enhancement
The reporting shall be to the HQ in Dubai. The job entails regular travel to the factory sites in Asia and to research markets and trends as well as to promote the products to the MRO / OEM Industry in Europe.
The position may require the incumbent to relocate to Dubai on an agreed term with Management.
The requirement is for a Caucasian male of about 38 – 40 years of age. The package shall be commensurate with the candidature.
